InDot Control Software for iFOUR microdispensing

Intuitive, image based control software for precise microdispensing workflows

InDot is the control software behind every iFOUR microdispensing instrument. It is designed for flexible, image based setup of microarrays, biosensor coatings and other pL-µL dispensing tasks. From any source plate position to any target substrate, InDot lets you create and run complex dot patterns quickly and reliably.

Simple to use

To support customised procedures and array layouts, InDot combines comprehensive functionality with an easy to follow workflow. The software is image based and reflects the instrument layout on screen, so you can design experiments directly on the virtual deck. A step by step workflow guides you from loading liquids to defining patterns and running your microdispensing methods.

Tuning dispensing parameters of a PDMD

InDot uses real time image analysis to evaluate droplet formation, volume, velocity and flight path of PDMD microdispensers. If a droplet path is not straight, the software quantifies the deflection and indicates whether cleaning or parameter adjustment is required. Automatic optimisation routines can tune dispensing parameters to achieve stable and reproducible picoliter droplets.
